The basic ingredients of a pizza recipe are:

2 cups all-purpose flour
100 g processed cheese
100 ml tomato ketchup
4 mushroom
1 tomato
1/2 capsicum (green pepper)
2 onion
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
water as required
2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil

Step 1: Prepare the pizza dough

Fill an all-purpose flour-filled dough-kneading dish halfway with all-purpose flour. After that, add salt and baking powder after passing the flour through a sieve once. Fill a well in the center with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. In contrast, in a tiny amount of warm water, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and the yeast. Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes after properly combining all ingredients. The yeast will begin to rise during this time. After the yeast has risen, combine it with the flour and thoroughly knead the dough with a little water. Allow this dough to rest for four to six hours. The dough should then kneaded one more time. The pizza dough is now ready to go.

Set the oven’s temperature to 180 degrees Celsius. When the dough is done, it is time to make the pizza base. Take a substantial portion of the pizza dough, dust the area with a little dry flour, and then. Roll out this dough into a beautiful circular foundation using a rolling pin. But make sure the tomatoes have less juice than usual. When the vegetables completely cooked, grate the processed mozzarella cheeses and place them in different bowls.

Step 4: Spread the sauce and veggies on the base

Next, spread tomato ketchup all over the brand-new pizza foundation. Place the veggies evenly across the base, then spread the remaining half of the processed cheese over them. Put a thick layer of mozzarella cheese on top after you’ve added all the vegetables.

Step 5: Bake the pizza at 250 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes

Place this pizza base on a baking sheet and heat the oven. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the pizza after removing the baking sheet. Add oregano and chili flakes to season, then serve hot. (Note: Ensure the oven preheated at 250 degrees Celsius for at least 5 minutes.)

Tips

  • One of the fundamental recommendations is to make sure the oven is preheated. If you plan to use a conventional oven, ensure preheated to 280 degrees Celsius. Make sure the ready-made base is not cold if you plan to use one. Make sure to remove it 30 minutes before beginning the pizza-making process.
  • Stretch the dough rather than roll it to form the base. Because of this, the dough will be at room temperature and easy to stretch when you make a fresh pizza base.
